First Daze

After 12 hours of flying and waiting in airports, 1 hour stuck in Paris traffic, 3 hours of driving northwest and five minutes (the longest) in a torrential-near-death rainstorm, we arrived at Ecologia near Laval France.

We stayed in an amazing yurt.  Breakfast arrived in a basket full of fresh baked bread, crossants, jam, butter, chocolate, fruit and tea.

Archery lessions the next morning - although Melena didn't need lessons.  She hits the bullseye most every shot.  Look at that fine form. 

Keenan and I took a walk the first night trying to stay awake.

It is raining today - our fourth day.  We all slept in until 11am.  Not quite on local time yet.  Our plan is to play games and sit around the fireplace, and eventually make our way out of doors to the local cafe for tea and desserts.
