This is Donkeys blue ribbon pie recipe. It is adapted from one that I found in an "old" Bon Appetit magazine - circa 1993.
I wish I could say it really came from my ole' Auntie Bligh, but I don't have an ole' Auntie Bligh. I do on the other hand have a wonderful Aunt Margaret who gave my mother a subscription to Bon Appetit years ago, and my mom passed them on to me. The original recipe was a raspberry almond mousse tart.
